EVENT #1 ONTARIO: CAT C/D/ MASTER (50+), QUEBEC: S3, MASTER 45+
Start time: 10:00 am. Sign in/number pickup 8:45 – 9:30 am
Distance: 40 min. + 5 laps
EVENT #2 ONTARIO: CAT B, QUEBEC: S2, MASTER 35-44, JUNIOR
Start time: 11:00 am. Sign in/number pickup 9:30 – 10:30 am
Distance: 40 min. + 5 laps
EVENT #3 YOUTH RACES
Sign in/number pickup 11:00 am to 30 minutes before each race time. Number pickup for all behind/south of the Start/Finish line at Preston and Laurel.
Race 1: 12:00 pm U9 M&F (born in 2017 or later) 2 laps.
Race 2: 12:20 pm U11 M&F (born in 2015 or later) 15 min. + 2 laps. U11M, U11F will each have a unique number colour by category and will be placed by category.
Race 3: 12:50 pm U13 M&F (born in 2013 or later) 20 min. + 2 laps. U13M and U13F will each have a unique number colour by category and will be placed by category.
Race 4: 1:20 pm U15 M&F (born in 2011 or later) 30 min. + 2 laps. U15M, U15F, will each have a unique number colour by category, and will be placed by category.
Race 5: 2:00 pm U17 M&F (born in 2009 or later) 30 min. + 2 laps. U17M and U17F will each have a unique number colour by category and will be placed by category
EVENT #4 WOMEN CAT A/B/MASTER WOMEN (40+ ONLY), QUEBEC ALL CATEGORIES
Start time: 3:00 pm. Sign in/number pickup 1:30 – 2:30 pm

Distance: 55 min + 5 laps
EVENT #5 KIDS RACES
Sign-in and number pickup are from 3:00 p.m. to 30 minutes before each race time. Number pickup is for all behind/south of the Start/Finish line at Preston and Laurel.
Race 1: 4:15 pm U6 M&F (born in 2020 or later) 100 m sprint. The start line will be on Preston at Balsam
Race 2: 4:30 pm U7 M&F (born in 2019 or later) 200 M sprint. The start line will be on Preston near Balsam
EVENT #6 ONTARIO CAT A, QUEBEC S1
Start time: 5:00 pm. Sign in/number pickup 3:00 – 4:30 pm
